Appointment: After your payment, our authorised customer relations team will call you to arrange an appointment for the measurements to be taken at your home.
Order Confirmation: Our field team visits your home to take the measurements. The sample of the colour you selected is confirmed by you. Your order is confirmed based on the measurements taken. Your delivery time, which averages 4 - 6 weeks, starts once your order is confirmed.
Shipping and Installation: Once your products are manufactured, our authorised customer relations team contacts you to arrange an appointment for shipping and installation.

Important! If you ask us to remove the existing doors in your home, an additional removal fee will be charged according to the DORTEK authorised service price list. DORTEK is not responsible for any damage to walls that may occur while the existing doors are being removed. Removed doors are not collected or purchased by us. DORTEK staff will carry the doors anywhere inside the building, but you need to contact your municipality for their disposal. For details, click here.
