Avrupa Konutları TEM Project is a project constructed by Artaş-Öztaş-Doğu İnşaat joint venture as the Contractor with Revenue Sharing method on the land of Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı, an affiliate of TOKİ.

Avrupa Konutları TEM project is 10 kilometers to Maslak and Levent and is the biggest housing project of Istanbul on a single plot. Total 2.800 houses take place in the first stage of the project and construction period of the project has been completed in a short period of time in 22 months and the keys have been started to be delivered.

Dortek Kapı A.Ş. is the biggest supplier of the project in terms of door solutions and has completed a comprehensive work by concluding the production process of the special interior door model developed for the project in parallel to the work schedule anticipated for the project and completing the assembly process. Within the scope of the project, total 2.883 steel doors and more than 22.000 interior doors have been manufactured and assembled.
