With this patented technology, the solid monoblock door is manufactured as a single piece, with a thickness of 70mm when required, with the high quality tree fibers.


The solid monoblock door obtained is resistant against the discrete shocks with its solid structure. It also has high temperature, sound and odor insulation with the addition of special insulation wicks. It is resistant against relative humidity and it is environment friendly with its fiber structure provided with special process. It is also resistant against fire and water if requested. It is resistant against sunrays and scratches with Ultraviolet Lacquer Paint and its three dimensional wooden patterned finishes.
